Gently separate and roll your grass into small bunches
Tie them into graduated rings with your twine
The number and size of your rings dictates the size of your finished nest
Add a flat layer of grass underneath your rings. ( The rings should be stacked from smallest Bottom) to largest (top)
Using your needle threaded with a long piece of twine, sew through, around and about the rings and bottom.
You can see my stitches here, they don't have to be neat and tidy.
My final and optional step was to cover some of the very obvious stitches with a glue gun and some small pieces of grass. Fill with some eggs or flowers and enjoy a pretty spring home accent!
