First mix home temp butter with icing sugar.
Add sifted flour and mix until firm dough
Line 24cm form with parchment paper and spread the dough like this, put into a freezer for 20 minutes
Meanwhile mix the butter and sugar for the second dough
Add the eggs and mix for 2 minutes
Mix the cream and the soda and add to the mixture
This is the ready batter
Take the first dough out of the freezer and spread the jam, then the fruits
Pour the second dough and spread evenly
Put into the the preheated 350F oven and bake for 40 minutes. Then take out it is done
Put into the fridge for several hours and it is done. Dust with icing sugar and serve..
